Gummies were good. Didn’t have a huge effect but overall I did sleep a bit better and my anxiety was milder- not drastically but enough to notice. Lemon flavored gummies tasted awful and the bottle I received was mostly lemon. That was a disappointment Update- pure spectrum reached out to me. I am highly impressed with their customer service. Trying to “fix” something that wasn’t really wrong just a bummer was so far beyond what they needed to do. 10/10 will be purchasing again. Thank you to your customer service team.

Look, we have a household of maladies here. We’ve got a broken hand, arm, knee, brain tumors, kidney stones the size of mothra.. but this doesn’t eliminate pain. That’s not the purpose.
