O STARS NOT ONE SCAM SCAM SCAM Ordered 2nd February. Still hadnt arrived on May 28th. I fear this is a scam. Have emailed them got a response 2x in March. Been ignored since. Will keep emailing them. I have requested a refund if don't have. Looks I have lost a large some. Do not buy from this so called company. Its definitely a scam as far axi am concerned

The vacuum seemed to work a little when I first got it.Then it did nothing, absolutely no suction, and I have contacted the company and they told me they would send me a replacement now.They're telling me they checked the specifications and that unit should be working fine. Well , how do you tell if a unit's working by specifications? I got scammed at a hundred and twelve dollars and I hope nobody else does.

This company is a scam. I ordered their vacuum almost 2 months ago. It hasn't been delivered. When I reached out to them (multiple times), they said I need to reach out to the shipping company they used. They also said they can't do anything about - basically saying it's not their problem and I have to deal with it. Crazy. I've never come across anything like this. They also won't refund me. Be aware and stay away from them.

I have the cordless model. Do not waste your money. I wish it performs as good as the promises. The time for operation is poor. Only about 10 minutes on a full charge. The suction power is almost nonexistent. It's a SCAM. RUN

Mine broke and customer service hasn't replied for a new one

I ordered from Pure Sleepy and never received my item. Despite being told it had been sent, nothing arrived, and the company has since ignored all of my emails. This experience has been extremely frustrating and distressing, especially for people who may be unwell or have allergies and rely on these products for their health and comfort. Taking money without delivering goods or communicating properly is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity. I strongly advise others to avoid this company until they demonstrate honesty and reliability.

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered the product online but it never said it had to be returned to Germany. I cancelled the order the following day but it was still despatched. I returned it to the address they provided and, surprise, surprise, the parcel was returned to me indicating "Not claimed". They then promised a refund on 20 September 2025. On 14 October 2025 it has not yet arrived. Need I say more?
