Had to select one star or cannot comment here :I personally sent Puresleepy an email asking why they don’t provide an address or phone number as I would not place an order without this information.I got a reply from someone named Nelly ? Asking what my order number was and transaction.? And obviously impossible as I had not actually ordered anything. Pleased I did not order from this company Pure Sleep after reading other reviews here on Trustpilot.

Same problem as other reviews. Will not allow returns only at our expense to ship to Germany. They will not honor return policy and what to give 35% discount. Was tricked to buy 2 and they will not allow you to edit your order. This cost me 250.00 and all the time with them trying to force me to keep with there piddly discounts!!!! I only put 1 star because I had to.

DO NOT BUY! Order number: 4159646 Product severely underperformed compared to hand held dyson. Puresleepy was only able to suck up about 1 teaspoon of dust. The hole leads directly to cylinder, so the dust just drops back out when you turn it off. I then followed the same mattresss eith my household vacuum and i got a whole cylinder full of dust. Emailed them, sharing my feedback and photos and asked for refund. They kept trying to push partial refund and suggested i gift to someone - no i dont want to do that! Website advertised try 90 day risk free - false advertising! Upon threatening to ckntact my card company, they reluctantly accepted return for full refund. Sent international mail - the address gave me was based in dusseldorf, germany. I shared tracking details and followed up a few times regarding the refund - no response. I’ve now contacted my card company too.

Awful happy to take your money... not item arrived no shipping uploaded then at 9pm on a Saturday got an email with no details saying failed delivery attempt. Poor communication, offered to send a new one if confirmed all details again... didn't but they days later the failed delivery attempt was successful again to why or signed by who no idea, no photo or signature was provided!? Didn't refund or replace item....scam.company. or sham company either way.... don't trust

Avoid this company. DO NOT BE MISLED. They are completely dishonest. The product is an overpriced item which does not deliver the advertised results. It requires considerable pressure in use and is unsuitable for use by an older person. Pure Sleepy do not honour their 90 day refund promise and waste huge amount of buyers’ through time-wasting tricks in their ‘refund’ process. I am taking up my grievance with Trading Standards and consumer protection journalists

Do not order from this company. My daughter ordered a Puresleepy in error and tried to cancel within their 24 hour cancellation policy but they still went ahead and dispatched it. Customer Service (if you're lucky enough to get hold of them) said refuse delivery but courier dumped it on her doorstep whilst she was out. They then said return it at her own expense....to Germany! Trading Standards have been informed and are trying to help get her money back.

The product didn’t turn up and the customer service is an automated bot.

Well ordered the vacuum cleaner and it doesn’t work properly, so I want to return it less than a week after receiving it. While I am getting emails back from their customer service, so far I have been unsuccessful in getting a return label. An absolute pain.
