Mariel, our customer service representative was extremely helpful in making our purchase a very positive experience. She was knowledgeable about the pearls and answered our questions clearly and promptly. We admired her patience and helpfulness when we returned the initial short strand and purchased another longer one. The quality of the pearls on the second strand was as good as the first, as Mariel had promised. We would not hesitate to make a future purchase with Pure Pearls.

The Akoya pearls are absolutely gorgeous and of the highest quality. We needed to change the clasp, and Mariel went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. She communicated with us throughout the entire process, kept us informed at every stage, and genuinely cared about making sure we were completely happy. The quality of both the pearls and the customer service was outstanding.

Last Friday I just received a gift of a pair of pearl earrings from Pure Pearls. They're beautiful! Love the hook because it's so simple and classic! Absolutely recommend the company! Two things set this company apart from the rest. First they have invested the effort to publish most all the technical information that one would need to understand the characteristics of pearls. This allows the novice to make an educated choice in selectung a product. In addition their customer service is outstanding. Working with Mariel Machrohon was a pleasure. If you study all the reference material available on their web site and then ask her about anything you may need clarification on, she will take care of you.

Easy to order . Beautifully made and presented. Had a problem with a delay at FedEx Stanstead as I am in UK but Mariel at Pure Pearls was very helpful and attentive.(If yours gets delayed don't go through Fedex's website, ring them ask the A I bot for customs clearance and ask to speak to an advisor). The pearls are beautiful, however, the presentation box is very nice . I bought a black pearl bracelet and single pearl choker for my wife for our 30th wedding anniversary and she is delighted with them. Thanks Pure Pearls and Mariel. xx
