My order went unfulfilled for weeks. Tonya reached out and blame rebranding on the 4th. It’s the 11th and still hasn’t shipped. Total failure.

I ordered two bottles, one Sativa and one Indica. I received two Indica and emailed the company. The first email was returned undeliverable and I have received no response to the second. Updating to add that I realize parts of the country have been hit by inclement weather but I have tried multiple emails and online chats that were never answered. Unless they are completely shut-down, someone should have responded.

Ordered on Sept 30th and have not received as of yet and it is now Oct 19th

When I placed my order, I also paid for the overnight shipping. The tracking number was created that day, but that's when it all went downhill. First, they sent an email that same day, saying my order was going out, but 3 days later, the tracking had not changed. I sent them an email and got no response, but that night the tracking updated saying it was finally dropped off at the post office. After that, I noticed that they had shipped it using the basic ground ship option, even though my receipt clearly shows I paid for overnight. I emailed them about this, asking for my extra shipping cost refunded, and again, there was no communication. They did not answer the phone when I called and when I called a second time, it rang twice, then went to voicemail like they hit the call decline button. It took a week and a half in total to get my order and they still have yet to contact me or refund the overnight shipping I paid for but never got. Had I known how horrible of a company they were, I would not have done business with them. Don't waste your time or money like I did, learn from my mistake.

They take about a week after you order before they ship it to you.

I made my order early on Thursday February 27th. It says to expect the package between 1-5 days. They didn't send it out until Tuesday then told me I would receive it yesterday. I still haven't received it.

Definitely not 32%thca and definitely not exotic more like cbd coated in trichomes waste of money I ain’t coming back for more
