Both the shampoo and conditioner when I went to open the bottles the cap popped off . Will throw them out as I can not get the top to work. I am unable to use one hand so I can not use without the cap. I was told this was an amazing product wish I had seen the previous reviews before wasting my money

I am no longer a fan of Pureology. I never received my order. My order was refunded and I will never purchase from you again. The fact your companies chooses such cheap delivery methods by a company with knowing issues to damage product does not match up to the quality that Pureology used to give so it makes me feel like your product has also gotten cheap.. Using any delivery company other than FedEx and UPS will cause you more customer base loss. Ontrac has several complaints for damaging products and the fact that you still use them means you just don’t care about your customers who are paying for a high-end product and the shipping should match the product quality..

If I could give them 0 stars they’d get it. Sent me an order I never asked for. I returned it in good faith. Then charged for shipping and was still charged. I’ve been dealing with my credit card company to resolve this dispute. A LIFETIME PUREOLOGY CUSTOMER IS DONE. Your products can be replaced. Cheaping out on paying employees by outsourcing to foreign countries was not a good idea.

Special offered 20% off plus free travel duo of shampoo and conditioner we ordered. Did not receive free gift. When we inquired we were basically told sorry can’t help you. Customer service beauty consultant was a call center in a foreign country. Lost a longtime customer over something so small and easy to fix.

Non effective. Horrible menthol smell. Will not buy again . Will throw this one away!

Horrible, left my thick wavy hair flag and waxy and hard and sticky. Used for a month washing once a week

Website is horrible to use. Had to try 3 different times to place order. Emailed customer service. Nothing. Finally able to place order and received wrong product. Called customer service. Agent said I had to return incorrect product at my expense and dismissed my other issues.

I fear I received a counterfeit bottle of Pureology conditioner even though Amazon said it was the real deal coming from the company. This conditioner smells nothing like the good stuff I used for years. It is not salon quality. I kept using it in hopes it would work but my hair is now straw. I have reported this fake to Amazon.
