My package has been held at DHL for 5 days awaiting information from Pure. Emailed multiple times and got fobbed off twice, last email said it would be sorted/looked into. That was 2 days ago and no reply since!! And I paid for speedy delivery! Will never use again

They have been nothing but helpful towards me when my package kept getting sent back because usps messed up. These guys are a stand up organization and you should do business with them.

Our apologies! Please reach out to us via email and we will gladly figure out where our mistake was made. You can simply respond to your order receipt. We've looked and we don't appear to have any e-mail from someone named Bogdan regarding this issue, nor any orders within the last two months to someone named Bogdan that were not delivered.

I will leave 4 stars here since the delivery time is not as fast as it was expected (Sydney, AU). Everything else is pretty good though - quality and prices seem pretty reasonable. Very satisfied with the service
