I had a issue with my first delivery and receiving a response to my email. After my second email, it was rectified quickly. They issued me a refund and sent out another shipment. Thank you for your great customer service.

I’ve ordered something almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything and just emailed the customer service twice, but no response. Their customer service 800 # does not accept calls at this time. It’s frustrating.
