I ordered alot of water. It didn't come so I called. They said UPS broke the water so theyll send a new shipment. That never came. They said UPS broke that too! I said cancel the order and refund my money. They said ok. They never refunded. I'm trying to get my money back through my credit car now

Excellent source for items I can't find locally! Competitive pricing and quick to ship, what more can I say! Glad I found you folks, looking to keep you on my whitelist of vendors I favor for on-line consumables

Of a 12pk case of 32 oz liquid soap" many of the caps weren't on tight. Missing about 1 bottle in total of leaked liquid, box wet with soap. otherwise, everything's great. The shipping trucks will all get a cleaning now too.

The two gallons of George's Aloe we received yesterday were packaged the best we've ever seen from Pure Modern Living. They were packed with bubble-wrap in smaller boxes inside of a larger box. Previously, they've been shipped in a large, shabby, loosely taped box without packing material so they could roll around. I don't know if there is new management or more responsible workers, but please keep up the good work. Thank you!!

Due to the recent inclimate weather, apparently there were some issues with shipping. Initially, I was very distraught as the product I ordered is often out of stock locally. However, after several communications trying to seek a resolution, they were able to re-ship my order and it arrived very well packed and with no further problems. I appreciate their efforts in obtaining a positive outcome.
