When so few have THAT particular item…
When so few have THAT particular item searched for deliver as they promise I am much PRO that company. That fifth star, well, is the cherry on the top of whatever it is you were after. I refer to the price and speed of delivery BUT I did get the product and I (as is my wife that the product is for) am happy.

Wrong items sent to me, emailed care and after the weekend they advised me they'd be shipping out replacement and I can keep the other items. All is well

My favorite goat's mac and cheese
We ordered my favorite goat's mac and cheese. This item is a godsend for those of us who can't have cow's milk but do tolerate goat's milk, but is also often difficult to find in the store. I was very pleased with the communication regarding the order, and I like that it arrived with just the two units (8 boxes per unit), no extra packaging. Delivery was far more prompt than other services I've used. Very pleased.

Disappointed that for the second time I…
Disappointed that for the second time I had an order fail to ship. The automated messaging system works fine but after being notified of shipment, order status and tracking did not change. I contacted customer support after a week of no change and a replacement was in immediately sent (thank you). There seems to be a weak link between shipment notification and actual receipt of shipment.
