The product is excellent, but I wasn't able to follow the progress of the package from the tracking link. I have trouble with package deliveries so wanted to know when it was being left at my home. I was home when it was delivered, so all is good.

I ordered 6 mop refills and was sent a bottle of dandelion root. I wrote to customer support and their response was the order had been delivered. They did not or could not read what I wrote. I called the number on the website and a message comes on with. "due to Covid 19 we no longer offer phone support." I had to email customer support another 5 times to get a response that was relevant to the error they made. Now they tell me they have reissued the order. Lets see what comes.

Me pararece una falta de respeto al cliente que quiere comprar el producto....enseñan una imagen y entregan otro producto que puedo conseguir en cualquier otra tienda 5 dólares más barato...sean honestos y no engañen a la gente.... no compren super colon cleanse...porque muestran una imagen del bote color blanco y entregan uno de color rojo que es más barato

You are the only company that I can find the product I adore. Your quick response to emails is reassuring. I’m unable to find them locally any more and I’m getting too old to go for miles to find them. Thank you for making them available.
