This company is a total ripoff! They advertise a-total satisfaction, no questions asked 60 day full refund policy but they will not honor it. i cancelled immediately because I found that every other place including Target was selling it for $19 and they charged $37. They told me they have a no returns accepted policy because I bought the product during a sale. It did not say that it was a flash sale when I bought it. They could at least given a partial refund.

This accept return or correction of order.company uses deceptive business practices. I was shipped too much product and they would not correct order. Customer service is non- existent. Do not order from this company!! Also the order process does not allow you to review before placing order.

Total rip off company. They add items to your orders on their own and if you try to cancel within a minute, they ignore and don't give you a way to stop them from stealing from you. Have used the product for two weeks and it is ineffective at best. Don't waste your money.

First of all the marketing team for this product assumes everybody uses a regular toothbrush it doesn’t show anyone using this product with an electric toothbrush. And maybe that’s because it's problematic You put your toothpaste on the toothbrush and then you’re to dip all of this into a jar contaminating the powder Why doesn’t purely white have a little scoop that you could shake on your toothbrush instead of when you open the jar powder goes everywhere It’s a real shame, and I think they fall short with the way you dispense the powder by dipping your toothbrush in it repeatedly, and the other thing is by not showing the difference between a regular toothbrush and electric because the majority of people I know use electric toothbrushes I wasted my money. It tastes fine, but it is messy. You cannot use a little spoon and sift it onto your toothbrush and then if you have an electric toothbrush, and you’re putting product on top of toothpaste, you lose most of the product.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. I tried to cancel this order due to them adding additional items to increase my payment amount, which was impossible. Customer service is non-existent. I finally received an email 3 weeks later. This scam sham company should be closed down. This is utterly ridiculous, they should have a class action suit filed against them to recoup losses. Shameful!

I ordered when they offered buy 2 get one free. While I received 3, I was charged a higher price than the 2 would have cost alone. I am on the second jar and I do not see much difference, so I would have to say this: 1. They overcharged me and customer did not resolve the problem. 2. The product does not perform as advertised.

Nightmare 😭 I am also awaiting delivery from this company Which I tried to cancel but instead it took another payment over £94 I sent a email to the explaining I didn’t order all the products and to cancel Got in touch with my bank to try and cancel it but no luck Don’t order anything from them I feel it’s a massive scam Let’s see if I receive anything 🙏🏻

First they sent me three bottles when I ordered only one. Then it was impossible to return the items (Purely White Deluxe toothpaste) to them for a refund: the contact email gets no response and the phone number doesn't work.
