What a joke! But it’s not funny. Ordered this stuff a month ago. Local shipping company lost my order…but it’s not their fault!! The purely white people won’t even respond. I’d say that I was out $50+…..🤬

Scammers, plain and simple. I ordered one jar of tooth whiteners and was charged for two. I tried calling them but no answer. I also tried FaceTime but also no luck. Keep your money and do business elsewhere. Consider yourself forewarned.

Purchased this product, used as directed. Poor results. contated company and asked for a refund, I am now being ignored!

This product does not work. I have used it twice daily with no change to the colour of my teeth. don't waste your money like I did.

Ahhhh I wanted to add to my major disappointment in this company....AGAIN I SAY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....for many reason....The product is a scam...when you brush with it is leaves a bad taste in your mouth and not compatible with my needs...Cannot call company because they hide behind their website and no number to find...I bought this item on a flash sale but no where does it say that there are returns ....if you search their site it. says 100% money back guaranteed...below are couple of pictures referencing what I am say....you be that judge ..SHOP WISELY...obviously I was taken advantage....I I could leave them a zero I would ..

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. Looked like CNN testimonial, but is FALSE AD by Purely white deluxe. I cancelled immediately after ordering. Ignoring my cancellation, they sent my cancelled order within hours and charged me. I emailed a second cancellation request - no response. FALSE CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS: I called the two numbers on the “official” website to get refund on Oct. 1 - one number doesn’t work, the other goes to another company NOT associated with their business.

I ordered a product from these criminals over a month ago for £32, it was undelivered by DHL because the product was severely damaged. I've complained via the only channel they have Contact@ and heard zero back from them. Daylight robbery! I wish upon them some sort of rare gum disease - don't get infected by them please!
