HORRIBLE customer service! My order never arrived and customer service fully ghosts you! Will not respond to emails and blocked me from instagram and Facebook. They just stole my money. DONT BUY HERE! The positive reviews are from themselves.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIEFS! I have ordered a teeth whitening kit and refills for approx. 90 euros total back in September. The package was never delivered to my address as was stated in the order. Tracking information shows that the parcel is on its way back to PURELY WHITE DELUXE because it was undeliverable. I informed PURELY WHITE DELUXE about this and all I get was an email saying: Hello, I am seeing your order was successfully delivered. I have attached the tracking link as well for you confirming a successful delivery on the delivery carriers behalf. Once your order has been fulfilled and delivered to the intended location stated on your order PurelyWHITE DELUXE cannot be responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. This includes packages delivered to an incorrect location due to address error input at checkout. Please contact your local shipping provider with the tracking number you received and they will better assist in tracking down your parcel. Unfortunately we are not responsible once our provided tracking information confirms successful delivery to your provided shipping address. MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED AND THE TRACKING INFORMATION CLEARLY STATES THAT ! They refuse to engage in any further conversations! I have mailed them several times over the past 4 weeks but they PURPOSELY ignore all my emails. I contacted them via instagram where they BLOCKED ME, absurd!! They refuse to provide me a refund even though I have never received the order and the tracking information CLEARLY states that. A good customer service would AT LEAST look carefully into the matter and come up with a solution. However, PURELY WHITE DELUXE refuses to do this and rather blocks and ignores me everywhere! THIEFS!

Terrible Fraudulent business that will never actually get your product to you. Con you out of money etc will lie telling you one to two days after expedite shipping for it to show that’s it’s being shipped and still not gonna get it in the time frame you paid for more like 3-5 days if you get it

Con artists. They pay doughnuts on Snapchat to advertise there products, but just look at the bad reviews not the fake 5 star ones, loads of people not getting there order, and ignored. No way of contacting them.

Hey guys, please BEWARE! This is a fraud/bogus & a big scam going around us. They take your hard earned money and never get back to you. If you don't believe me then before placing any order just try to find out their contact number and result is you won't find one because they never had it. No response to e-mail and lastly, you can't post anything on their instagram/facebook as everything is retricted. I lost my $125 request you to save yours just because I do care and respect money. Absolutely terrible! refused to refund or cancel my order despite it not being shipped out yet. scam

This will be the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this company (which is less than 100 miles from where I live) and this is the 2nd time I’ve had shipping issues and costumer service issues with them. First off, DHL is a worthless carrier that has no business being and option in domestic ground shipping. Secondly, my latest order was for $100+ (ultimate bundle) and all I receive is a $25 wand refill, and absolutely ZERO answers as to why I didn’t receive what I ordered. There’s no phone contact # and it takes “costumer service” 48hrs to get back to me on my order. This place is a SCAM. Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $$.
