Be very careful of their hype: Very disappointed by their dismal service! Ordered the delux unit before Christmas as a gift for my daughter, didn’t get any updates and had to email after Christmas got a reply saying it’s dispatched then nothing and I’m still waiting. I as asked for an immediate refund… I’m not hopeful 😖

This company has great products but absolutely terrible customer service and business ethics. They did not respond to me over about a month after my package had not arrived, and blocked me on Instagram when I reached out for a refund or replacement. They only responded finally when I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. And they’re saying I should expect ANOTHER delay!! This company is ridiculously bad.

Worst product out there. If you want white teeth, you’ll never get this here because you’ll never get what you order. I’m still waiting 2 months now for mine

this company is a scam. half these reviews are fake.

This company is a scam. Half these reviews are fake. They promote there UV light to help whiten teeth when it's been proven that only hydrogen peroxide will actually whiten your teeth. They are paying influencers to force this product down peoples throats daily. Stay away. If you want your teeth whitened save money and buy strips.

The following review is my opinion. this company are scammers! Who else is tired of seeing their stupid people posting with the teeth whitener acting like people are actually asking how these girls teeth are so white. Its scam with misleading advertising. I will never order based on the fact of the annoying people advertising the products. They always post the same thing and then the next picture they look like donkeys with it in their mouth. I will keep spreading the word about them.

Dont trust them with your money! Order never arrived, customer service will ignore you and you will never get back your money. Reading the reviews i can see that im not the only one that has this problem!

Total scammers! I ordered a kit sometime ago but had never received my order. I informed the customer service about this and they replied that they can’t help me with this matter because “it is not their responsibility”. After that they did not reply to any further emails i sent them and they proceeded to block me on social media because i messaged them there too. What kind of company does this??? Karma will get to you.
