Like every other failed Sharktank-esque business that turns out to be a fraud on many levels.
Like everyone else, I tried Purelywhite’s Deluxe, the toothpaste and the whitening powder. None led to any appreciable whitening. Tge taste isn’t bad but unfortunately it also triggered my sensitive spots in the extreme. However my husband liked it. Didn’t whiten for him either but he appreciated the taste and none of the products aggravated his sensitive spots. So I enrolled him in a toothpaste subscription. Worst. Idea. Ever. Slow shipping, then suddenly the monthly amounts were withdrawn but no product received. After badgering them for about 2 weeks, I was finally told they wrrr out of stock of one of the ingredients. They didn’t plan to inform customers, just keep collecting subscriptions and taking orders. I requested both cancellation of my subscription and refund of the shipments I never received(2 of them), I was told I had to cancel the subscription myself and there were no refunds because I’d initially purchased through a flash sale. They kept ignoring that I paid for 2 subscriptions but never received them. I’m not aware of any law any where that makes that legal. Do on to exploring my options to get my money back. Don’t trust this company!
