I just got off the phone with customer service after over 34 minutes and no refund was made after they charged my bank over $232.74. What a SCAMMMMMMMM!!!! No email with invoice was sent but luckily I had screenshot my order upon completion when I purchased my first bottle $69 + tax = $74.35 which was then cancelled by seller and then they somehow processed $232.74... how is that even possible without authorization?

This company made an unauthorised transaction to my account. The transaction has been reported as fraud. I went online looking at supplements but didn't order as the cost was nearly £200, so I bought a similar product for 15.00. When I checked my account I noticed they had claimed £181.28 plus a conversion fee of £5.49. I contacted my bank and the company made 2 unsuccessful attempts followed by a further fraudulent debit the following day. I neither authorised the order, nor gave them my address. Also they did not advise me nor confirm the order. I would advise anyone not to deal with them.

Pure health Research continues to send products after I have returned 12 bottles via RETURN TO SENDER some time ago. When attempting to resolve this matter Their response is more than questionable appear not to hear you - exploiting SENIORS HOLLY is losing her business while people receive product and are billed and IGNORED PLEASE INVESTIGATE

When checking out I was offered buy 3 get 3 free. However, I was charged for the 3 plus the original one I had selected before I got the offer. Also, it didn't say that the cost would be regular price and not the discounted price that was given for the original one.

In January’23 I’ve ordered 6 bottles of Nerve Regen Formula-and THAT’S All. After 5 months they have sent me another 6 bottles and debited my credit card for over £180😵‍💫 I DIDN’T order anything,and I didn’t want to 😠Those tables doesn’t do anything different to me then other organic vitamins you can buy more than half price cheaper. Even if those tables will do miracles, I’ll never ever dill with this dodgy company. They have no right to take even 1 pence from your account without permission!!! I had to contact my bank and ask them to block this company. I don’t want to return the package, because am afraid I’ll be left with no vitamins and no money 🤨

Well! I got their Joint Support many months ago. But that was it. Then, as of a sudden, my credit card is charged $356CA and few days after (today) I received 6 bottles of more Joint Support... I NEVER REORDERED. I had called my credit card to cancelled this payment as I NEVER EVER REORDERED this product. Who allowed them to do that! I am really really p.o. So I want them to reimburse me and I want to send them back the product. Not because it's not good, but because I NEVER reordered it.

I have not done business with this company (thank goodness), but I did watch the video on Edema almost to the end. You can guarantee something is wrong with a company when: 1. They pitch their products as a cure for your condition, but down at the bottom of the Webpage is this disclaimer: "Statements on this Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." Really? Then what is the intention of your product? 2. Their video is long and has no control features like pause, rewind, etc. 3. They believe you are so dumb that they must help convey the point they are making by using amateur actors making goofy faces to supplement the point they are making, such as greed, disappointment, happiness, etc.

I don’t know I’m taking the blood sugar but I went to my doctor and he said that I am diabetic. I am 6.5 I was hoping that I didn’t even have that I’ve 6.5 for six months already hasn’t changed anything.
