I ORDERED FROM YOU ON THE 8TH OF MAY..I HAVE WROTE 2 EMAILS TO YOU..WHICH NONE HAS BEEN ANSWERED...WHERE'S MY ORDER..IT'S MAY 30TH..STILL MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED...WHY......MY ADDRESS...307 MC COOL ROAD,CALEDONIA,MISS 39740...AM I GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER....

I placed my order May 4th and haven't heard a thing about my order. I find it extremely unprofessional of a company to take money from customers and not contact them if there is a problem with their order. It is unfortunate that the company was unprepared for business it received (which is understandable) but unexcusable that it would not make every erffort for Customer Service.

I ordered and never received my order! I have e-mailed,called numerous times and when i put conformation number in it doesnt give any information! My order was placed and paid for on may 8th!!

Terrible! Did not deliver product!

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and tried the 800 number that is listed on your webpage and got a weird ring, but never got anyone on the phone. After putting in my confirmation number and several attempts to get a real person on the phone. Finally, 3 weeks later it recognized my confirmation number and advised me the my purchase was just sent out. I was very excited about my purchase, but very disappointed that it took 3 weeks for you to even ship out the product. I don't know if you are a new company, but maybe need to hire more support staff, so if a customer is trying to call about a product they have purchase someone can give them some sound information. I had order something a week later from Fingerhut and got that in days and was inform thru email when it would be sent out. Maybe you need to take notes from them..I hope the product is better than your service..still waiting to get the product!!!!!

This has been the absolute worst on-line shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered my product over a month ago, gave all my credit card info, etc and never received anything. When I tried to call there was either a busy signal or the phone rang and rang without any answer of voice mail. When I emailed the address given on the website telling of my problem, I never heard back. I wonder if this is some scam website. Very disappointed. Will never use them again and will be sure to pass the info on to friends to beware.

Placed an order (and gave credit card info.!) over 5 weeks ago and have never heard from them. I have tried MANY times to call their telephone number and ALWAYS get a busy signal! I sent them an e-mail and NEVER received a response to it.

I have called repeatedly, no one answers the phone, the voice box is full where you cannot even leave a message or I get a busy signal. If this is what it takes to receive my product, I will NEVER order again from this company!!! I cannot imagine it taking over 3 weeks to mail out my product, I have no idea when it will be shipped. I am very disappointed in this company!!!!
