Places order 5/9/12 still have not received, sent 2 e-mails requesting status of order no response. Will not order from her again. Could have at least let me know if back ordered.

I have sent several emails, no response, called several times and always generically told it will ship soon. This morning I have tried calling three times and the phone just rings and rings. I am at the point I just want a refund and cant seem to get a hold of anyone. Frustrated!

Request for my opinion? I have not received the merchandise order on May 8 - this is May 30. I sent 3 messages to customer service for follow up on shipment - never received a response. I tried calling several times but I got the busy signal that you get when the phone is off the hook. I seen on their website they was bombarded with orders. Their site said they had expected to be up to date with orders place by a certain date... mine was prior to that date and there still was no shipping confirmation. There was no reference to the items having a delayed shipment when the order was place.

I never received my product....sent numerous emails with no response....tried to call the 800 number and all it did was ring....do not order from them

After being excited to try the product, it never came. I tried calling and calling never to have the call answered. Finally, over a month later I reached someone who said my order was sitting with 20 orders in a warehouse in Texas. I was able to then cancel my order. DON'T DO IT

Order placed May 9, 2012 via website. Sent email and inquired today, May 30, via website as to status of order. No reply to email and website said the confirmation number wasn't valid. The 888 number doesn't work - rings, and rings, and rings. I am turning over to credit card company for refund.

Have not received my products and have sent two emails asking for help on how to track my shipment and received nothing in return. I am starting to wonder whether or not I have been ripped off. I rate customer service a zero.
