I just think you need the ship by date and when you will receive your product. It states the adjusted transit time, however I didn'treceive a statement that would tell me when it will ship from the facility?? I have no idea when I will be receiving my product, that is unsatisfactory in my book.

I have not received my order. When I called them the day after I placed my order they told me that it would take min 15 days..they were behind in shipping orders.

It has been over a week since ordering and I do not have my product. Since you are soliciting mY opinion I cannot give a positive review at this time.

What do you want me to say have not recived the product and your asking for a review? That's bad really bad customer service.

I ordered green coffee bean vitamins from Pure Health on May 3rd and it's May 14th... I'm guessing they are shipping it from China or South America because I've never had to wait this long for a product from America or even Europe.

Kind of hard to rate your experience, when I still don't have the product after ordering it over a week ago. Sorry....

I can only rate with two stars this far as I like everyone else ordered 4/28 and have not received my order. I understand that with high demand this small company may be overwhelmed, however it would have been nice to have received some notice as to the delay of the shipment. Instead I had to contact the company first. I also ordered two other products and do not understand why those were not shipped prior since I was not informed those were I'm high demand. I will be contacting the company tomorrow to see if this can be done. Also a little angry my card was charged and product has not even shipped yet. I am hoping my order will be shipped soon and my opinion and trust in this company can be restored.

how slow do you ship. you said if paid by paypal would ship immediately, I'm still waiting and I paid with paypal :) won't order again from you.
