The Worst!!!!
Placed an order on 2 May 12, have not received the order yet!!!! Phoned repeatedly, phone only rings! I will make contact with my bank to see what can be done (the money has already been taken out)! This Company SUCKS!

Worst internet order - NO customer service
I originally placed an order on 4/26/12 and a second order 4/28/12. Payment for both purchases deducted from my Paypal account within minutes of placing my order. I finally received my orders an entire month later...which I was actually surprised that I actually received it at all...I thought I had been duped. During the past month trying to contact PureHealth via phone and email, just like the others I got no answer, not even able to leave a message and the only email response I got was the generic reply from the company that they the products were backordered and they were busy. I feel as a customer I was mislead - If they communicated that they couldn't fulfill my order in a reasonable matter, that they should have given me the option to stop my order. I feel I was ignored. I felt helpless since they already had my money for a month and no product and no communication. I think the worse was the LACK OF COMMUNICATION. What’s the point of customer service? How about NO SERVICE. I will NOT be ordering from them again. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION.

Order Not Received
I ordered two bottles of Green Coffee Extract on May 7. I have not received them. I sent an email on May18, asking about my order, but I received no response. Today is May 30.

Cant make an opinion yet, STILL have not received product!
I got my order confirmation on May 8th and today is May 30th. Will let you know my review if I ever get them!

The customer service is terrible and I am totally unsatisfied!
I ordered Green Coffee Bean pills from this company on 5/9/12. I got a confirmation of the order and have not yet received any other information. I have emailed the company 4 times and tried to call the 1-888-323-9355 and it just rings and rings. I am wondering if the company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Beware-rip-off
This site is not a safe site. The phone # does not exist. I never received my order and they double charged to a store that does not exist.
