After seeing Dr. Oz talk about Pure Coffee Bean Extract and after much research I decided to try the product. PureHealth100 seemed like the perfect website to order it from. I placed my order on Saturday, May 5, 2012 and I received my confirmation number but never the product. I sent an email on Thursday, May 10, 2012 and received no reply. I called the 800 number on Friday, May 11, 2012 and the recorder said mailbox full. I would love to say I have a great experience and talk about the product, but unfortunately I am unable to do either.

I asked yu when my order would be shipped and you answered with generic email. In other words .....no answer to my question. Don't get it. PLEASE JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for my PAID for order to be mailed out to me, according to the website it still doesn't have a shipping date. I was trying to give them the benefit of just being overwhelmed and needing more time to process the orders, but I also called to find out a time frame and have yet to get a response. To me that's not very good customer service. Hopefully I will recieve my order shortly, but who knows.

I haven't received my order, I ordered it well over a week ago. I emailed to see if I could get an arrival date and I still haven't heard anything back. Dr. Oz may have suggested them but I sure wouldn't. If I thought I'd get a response I'd tell them to cancel my order. I don't need the supplements that bad.

Ordered product on 5/4/2012 and to date we have not received anything. Therefore, I have no opinion. Order number is A5895503A5.

Placed order on May 6 and still there is no order confirmation that it has shipped.

It's been a week and where's my order just wondering?

I placed an order for pure green coffee bean extract on April 27th and according to your tracker it hasn't even shipped yet. Lord knows where that leaves the order I placed on May 4th. So far, no extract, only excuses. I'm tired of hearing the blame being heaped on Dr. Oz.
