Unfortunately, I have not received my purchase,which was ordered on May 9,2012. I have also not received a reply on my order status,which was sent twice. I fully understand that your company had an influx of orders for the Pure green coffee bean extract,after being seen in the Dr Oz show. But at the very least,an e-mail response to my order status should have been sent.

Immediately after placing my order.... I tried on "MANY" occasions to contact Pure Health via there contract us; phone number to cancel my order for the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract... and each time I got a recording stating this mail box is full.... therefore unable to leave any kind of message, so then I tried to contact them via email.... requesting my order be canceled! Checking my account information it appeared the order had been canceled since the pending amount was no longer showing up on my account. Several weeks later.... I put my order in on 9 May and as of 30 May I have not received my order, a reply to my many e-mails, or calls answered. Nor have I received my refund I asked for. This was my first time and last time I order anything from them.

I placed an order on May 7 and received the order on May 30. During that time I sent 3 e-mails (to: [email protected]) requesting a status of my order, and received no response. I tried calling their phone number (1-888-323-9355) repeatedly, but the phone number doesn't work. I ordered 1 bottle of Green Coffee Bean extract -- 30 capsules / 400mg. However, I received 2 bottles of 30 capsules / 800mg. I haven't been able to check my credit card statement... but I surely hope they billed me for what I ordered, and not what they actually sent. I will not be doing business with this company again due to their poor customer service.
