ITS BEEN 14 DAYS AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR ITEMS. WE HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES AND GOT MESSAGE TO ALLOW 24 HOURS AND THEY WOULD CALL BACK. WE STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK

On April 26th I ordered 3 bottles of Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. To date, 5/14/12, the only thing I have "received" is bulk communication from their site. I cannot get a direct answer from a "person" as to when my order will be shipped. In my books, and, experience, this is unacceptable. Would I order from them again or recommend to someone else that they should order .... that is very iffy right now.

i have place an order with this company since april 26-2012, and this may 14-2012,it almost 3wks, i have not received my product. my money was taken on the same day. i will not recommend this company to any of my friends of family members.

Fast on taking payment but very slow on delivery. Still waiting!

Still waiting for my order. Unusually long wait for receipt of an online order. Most of my online ordering, no matter the company, is received very quickly. Can't rate product until then. Sorry!

I will hold my true opinion until I get the product. I find it very strange to be getting this survey when I have not heard a word about the status of my order and still have not received my order. I am getting worried and really wondering about the organization.

I placed and order with Pure Health almost 3 weeks ago - and have not received my product. They sent me an email stating they were inundated with orders and the company assured me that my order would go out soon. You can't even speak with someone on there telephone number as it says that the "mailbox is full" . I am VERY disappointed in the service or lack there of. I still have no idea if my order has shipped, or if I am going to get it at all !! I am quite sure that I am not the ONLY UNSATISFIED customer from PureHealth right now. I think they really need to re-organize there company for better service ASAP !!!!!!!!!
