I CANT rate because I have'nt received the product yet. I placed my order for 4 bottles of green coffee bean extract on April 27 and it has now been 17 days and I still have not received my order. Waiting....................

The following is a copy of my order. I emailed once with no response back. The phone number given keeps telling me that it can not take the call right now. I know the company is bogged down since the dr. Oz show but more updates via email would give me peace of mind that they have my order, where at in the process are they, and when shipment is expected, when will the credit crd be chrgd, etc etc.

Has been over a week and have received no product, no contact. Called your telephone number and all I get is a recording saying your mail box is full.... This is not a good sign, going to have to dispute order.

Placed my order over 7 days ago and it still has not shipped.

I ordered from pure health on 5/4/12. I had not heard anything from them until almost 10 days later when I emailed asking the whereabouts of the product I ordered. I received a response back advising that they were inundated with orders and had hired on extra help to aid in processing orders in addition to working weekends to catch up. I was told I would receive my order within 14 days of the date I ordered. They also advised that I would receive a tracking number. Today makes 11 days since I ordered the product and have not heard anymore from them. I can't say one way or another about them. It still awaiting the product I will try to update again once I get the product.

I placed an order on 4/28/12 for items that were supposed to be in stock. To date, the only thing I've heard is that they have had tons of orders and were trying to add additional shifts. My credit card has been charged even though I have no idea when anything is shipping.
