I have not recieved my order and have not been able to get hold of the company by phone or e-mail. I would like to know when I will get my order

I ordered my product on April 28th. My account was billed with in 2 working days. It is now May 15th and still haven't heard when the shippment will be sent. So far this experiance has been less than satisfactory.

This company does not answer emails and their phone keeps ringing when you dial the number attached to their communications. All you hear on the other end is,"This mailbox is full." So far, I'm still willing to believe this is a legitimate company, but doubt is creeping in with every attempt to contact them.

I ordered a product on 5/4 and it 5/14 and it hasns't been shipped yet!

I ordered an item which was shown as in stock and now over 10 days later it still has not shipped.

It has now been 14 days and still no product even though money was taken out of my acct 14 days ago. I have contacted seller through email with no response

I ordered them weeks ago for my daughters and me. I think I ordered 4 or 6 bottles. We hope ev ery day for their arrival. I will be glad to review them if we ever get them.

It's unfortunate the timing of this request. I placed an order on 4-28-12, paid it in full and still have not rec'd the product. No order # either to check the status of as they informed me that I will receive an order # when the product is shipped. While I know they are overwhelmed with orders, I am starting to wonder if I will ever get the product. Needless to say, I am very frustrated!! They may be a great company, I hope that I am just having an unfornate experience due to timing.
