I ordered one month ago. Haven't seen or heard anything. I cannot get through on the phone. The worst supplier I have ever dealt with.

I finally received my order today; I would have appreciated some generic acknowledgement of backorder, instead of NO answer ; I emailed you and called you/your phone does not work as you know - and no email reply. Very poor PR!!!

It's truly been a nightmare dealing with you guys! I placed a order a month ago! You guys emailed me a confirmation number and that's it!!! I personally will never order anything ever again with you guys!!!

I placed my order on April 26,2012. You said you sent my order out on May 12, 2012, and it is now May 30, 2012 and I have still not received it. My confirmational number is A5774865D0 and the other number given to me is 41595. I have tried e-mailing you 3 or 4 times and I have tried calling you two times and can not get any response or get anybody to answer my phone calls. I ordered 2 bottles of Green Coffee Bean Extract from Pure Health and 3 weeks later have still not recieved them. I was however charged for them the day I placed my order. I called the the phone number listed on my email reciept and there is no answer. I also emailed the company and have not recieved a response that way either. I recently opened a dispute through my Paypal account to hopefully resolve the issue to either get the products or get a refund.

Do not purchase from this company, it is going on 4 weeks that I have purchased my order and still I have not recieved it.There is no kind of tracking infromation and I have sent many e-mails concerning my order. I have tried calling to get just a continuous ring with no kind of operating system. I have not been contacted to say " there is a delay", nothing.

Very poor customer service. I will not be ordering through your website again.

I am very angry I have never recieved my order ! how can I give a good review when I order something and never recieve it!
