Hi Patricia, Thank you very much for the kind review. And do not be deterred! It can take some people a little while to get started, even 2 months. I would suggest you start taking the supplement with all 3 meals and day and double the amount of water you are drinking. You may want to try our Raspberry Ketones along with the Green Coffee, but I would totally start taking it will all three meals.
