I have not received my product and I ordered it on May 7. Today is May 30 and I have not received a response to my emails asking when I might expect my product.

I ordered... After several attempts to get in contact with the company I was told shipping was a week behind. Nearly a month later, no response form the company, phone didn't pick up and email unanswered I contacted the Better Business Bureau... Don't order form them....

Did not receive the product. My attempts to contact the seller were unsuccessful. Product was paid for by paypal at the time of the order. There is no excuse for this type of transaction. Do Not Buy from this seller!

I ordered supplements from Purehealth100 over 3 weeks ago. I've received NO updates on my order to this day. I have tried calling several times with either a busy signal or a message that states that the mailbox is full. I've also sent a few e-mails which have not been responded to as well. Their customer service is poor to say the least. I have put in a dispute with American Express to look into my order that they IMMEDIATELY charged to my credit card but never shipped me the order to me. If there was a back order on my supplements I should have been notified of such by phone or e-mail.

I know the product i ordered was really popular & the company was understaffed but to placed an order on may 9th & have it ship may 29th without any communication from the company regarding the status is unaccepted. They never even bothered to reply to the email i sent asking about it. The entire experience was awful. I'll never order through them again.

If my order ever shows up it'll be the last time I ever buy from pure health.

I was very disappointed with the order process. After giving credti card information, I received no order confirmation by email. Card has been charged, but as yet, have not received my order, and have no confirmation number to access order.

I ordered two bottles of pure green coffee extract 400mg capsules 30 count on 5/6/2012 and just got the shipment today only to find the wrong product was shipped - 2 bottles of pure black raspberry 400 mg 30 capsules. Now what? Invoice was correct but the product was not! invoice # 120918
