I ordered my item over two weeks ago. They were overrun with orders for this product and sent out an email stating they were doing everything they can to get the orders processed and that they would be shipping the orders within two weeks of the order date. Well, its been over two weeks and I haven't received any notice stating it was shipped and no product has been received.

I have had a lot of trouble getting information as to when the product once it was being shipped or how long it would take once it had been shipped. I have thought of cancelling the order or sending it back once it gets here but have decided to wait until the end of the week. I am anxious to receive this and prove some people wrong about it.

I placed my order over a week ago. When it did not arrive in about 4 days I called and recieved an automated message telling me some one would be back to me in 24 hours. That was 3 or 4 days ago. My opinion, not so thrilled.

i understand that when i ordered my product it was in stock, to date i have not heard from you about an update and status information regarding my purchase. i did send an email and got a response a week ago that you are working on it.... your phone number states all mailboxes are full...frustrating. will be looking for a refund if product isn't delivered before memorial day

I ordered on line as had been suggested by most of my friends. Boy have I been DISAPPOINTED.... Placing my order on the 30th day of April.... and here it is the 15th of May and still no merchandise... I am very dishearten about my experience with this company. Most likely will NOT USE them again. Think I will shop around for a local store I can just drive to, for my next purchase of Green Coffee extract and Rasberry Ketones. I sure was looking forward to ordering on line to save time and gas...but it seems it's not working out that way. Bummer !!!

I ordered my pill at the end of April it is now the middle of May and my order still has not arrived! I haven't even gotten an email telling me when it will or should be shipped. I won't be ordering from them again!
