I ordered bottles of the raspberry Ketone in the beginning of May and still haven't received my order yet! When I call customer service I can't ever get in contact with someone and voicemail is always full. I'm very disappointed, upset and not satisified at all!

I ordered a product and its almost been a month and I still haven't received it. I have tried contacting the company with no luck. Will never shop with them again.

Never received the product and when I tried to contact them there was no answer or no response of any kind. We should have been contacted if there was a backorder. All we got was a confirmation of order and when I put that number in on the site to find out the status and that didn't even work. Pitiful!

I order over a month ago. You took my money and I have yet to receive my merchandise.

Still have not recieved my order from nearly 2 weeks ago. However my credit card was charged days after I placed order. I have tried to contact company to check status of order twice and I have yet to recieved any type of response! Very frustrated and would like the company to answer me as to where my order is or confirm that it has been shipped. This site as of right now seems like a complete scam.

Never again will I order from these people. How can you charge a credit card for something u don't ship out??? That is stealing. If they r shorthanded send a mass email to all who have ordered, very simple.

I placed this order a month ago and have not yet received it. I also sent an email a week ago inquireing as to the status of the order with no reply. Given the 15 dollar shipping fee the service is deplorable and I will not every recomend this organization to anyone and certainly would never consider any further purchases. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and the charges placed on my credit card to be reversed.
