you haven't shipped my order yet and its been 18 days today. Are paypal trustpilot and pure health the same outfit trying to skam people?

I thought that I was going to recieve the pills in the time frame that I oredered in in (which was 3-5 days). I has been 4 weeks now and I have not even recieved my conformation number as to when ill get the actual pills. Your better off going to GNC and spending a little bit more than waiting over a month.

I ordered my pills over 2 weeks ago, haven't even been shipped yet.

I ordered 2 jars of Green Coffee Bean Extract on April 27th. On May 7th I received an email asking to review my experience, which I'm doing now. It is now May 15th and I still have not received my order or have I received an email explaining why my shipment is so delayed. So I can't review the Coffee Bean Extract but I can say that the service is very slow. Maybe when I receive my order I can add more stars.

Ordered on 4/30/12; as of 5/15/12, I have not yet received the product. I understand the demand has been overwhelming, and received correspondence apologizing for the delay. I thought this was extremely courteous and above and beyond what most companies would have done. I will re-rate appropriately when I receive my order (assuming this program will allow me to do so).

I ordered products several weeks ago that I have not received. I understand that the company is probably overwhelmed by the number of orders that have come in after the recent Dr. Oz show. And even though I haven't received my products, what is more frustrating is that I have not heard from the company and there is no answer when I call. At the very least there should be a recording explaining the situation. I believe that this is a good company that has just be unexpectly overwhelmed, and that is why I gave it two stars instead of one. But that does not excuse poor customer service . I won't say that I will not order from Pure Health again, but it will be difficult unless I get some answers soon.

I ordered 2 items, received an email about the popular demand because of the product being featured on The Doctors show and this survey email about my purchase but never received my purchase. :/

I found the shopping experience to be fine during the process of purchasing my order. However since my order was placed on April 26, I have only gotten one email on May 2 to confirm my order and no email since to tell me why it hasn't shipped yet and it's already May 15. Also, what makes it even worse is that customer service phone # you can't reach anyone and I emailed customer service and have also gotten no response. I will be sure to NOT recommend this website to anyone else. I finally received a call back since my message that I left with customer service, it was good to finally speak to someone and I will be updating my review once I receive my order and can actually review the products.
