So I ordered the green coffee beans and availed of the promo, buy 2 and shipping will be free last May 10, 2012 (or somewhere around that date). I had it shipped to my sister at a different address but she never got it. I ally accidentally deleted the confirmation email with the tracking number and tried calling 1-888-323-9355 but said the voicemail is full. I also sent an e-mail last week but never got a reply. What kind of company would not respond to a customer for for than a week? Can someone please call me to give my tracking number? I want to know what happened to my order.

Hi Criselle, I just wanted to follow up with you and make sure you did receive your package. I was checking on your order and it looks like you got it on June 1st. Let me say how sorry I am about all the confusion with your order back in May. On April 26th, our 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract was featured on the Dr. Oz television program. For several weeks we were inundated with orders for the product. Since we started business in February we have really grown as a company. But at the time, we were still a very small operation and it was tough for us to deal with the millions of orders we received for the Pure Green Coffee Bean. I am very proud to say that all those troubles are behind us. We have brought in many new employees to help us fill all the orders we are getting for the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. If you were to place another order from us, it would be a much more positive experience. There would be no such delay, and you would have no issue contacting us. so I ordered 2 bottles of pure green coffee extract like over 3 weeks ago, at first I was like well even though they said it was in stock, with the demand of the stuff right know I thought to be patient until the 3rd week. so I tried calling several times morning and afternoon with a busy signal. so I have yet to fing out where the heck my order is and then I check my email and I get this "how did we do" PLEASE call me (407)697-8292
