I called and was told this product would be mailed to me on a certain day and 1 week later I still haven't received anything that it was sent. I cant even contact anyone at customer service because there mail box is full. I just want to cancel this order Guess I have to email them..........

i have called numerous times with no response back and ordered my order on april 27. they do not return phone calls and i still do not know if my order has been shipped. my credit card has been charged and i have nothing to show for it. i hope i haven't been taken.

I would love to rate this product; however, I have not received it yet. I ordered this product weeks ago and all I have received is an email stating how much stock they have and how they will get my product right out to me. That was a week and a half ago. They took the money out of my account the very same day I placed the order, but have not delivered one thing!!! I am starting to believe I have made a very big mistake!!!

Placed an order on 4/30 and haven't received the order or any emails stating they are on backorder. We also tried calling PureHealth and all we get is the mailbox is full. We've tried emailing to get status and get no response. Not a good start in dealing with this company. Really need an answer whether the order is shipping or not. Would like to order from somewhere else but don't want to eventually get this order. Not a good way to conduct business. Customers should be able to get hold of someone regarding their order.

Placed order May 3rd coming up on 2 weeks and still no product has shown up. Only this rate my product email. An email of when product was shipped would be helpful.

I am reluctant when I order online due to the large number of scams. I have yet to receive my order which makes me terribly uncomfortable.

I placed my order back on 5/4 thru your company website, Pure Health100, haven't received my order at all! I don't show that I was charged for the order, tried to call the company directly, nothing indicates the number that you dial is the company site, just throws you into a voicemail box, in which it is ful, can't even leave a voicemail message, no prompts to direct to a live consultant to speak to about the order that you placed.. I hope I didn't get schamed, as your company information was advised by several viewers on the Dr. Oz website.. What is going on???
