Have not yet received my order which was placed on May 8! (It is currently May 31.) I've been sent no word about a back-order or anything, so I am wondering if this is even a real company. When I try to call the # I was given on my invoice, it won't go through and my email inquiries have not been answered. Very unsatisfied! :(

I ordered pure green coffee bean extract a month ago and still have not received my order! What a scam! I no longer even want the product.

I ordered a product on 5/9/12. It is now 5/31/12 and my order still has not shipped. I have received no notification of back order. I sent an e-mail to find out what was going on and still have heard nothing. Took my money and delivered nothing. Would never buy from them again

I placed my second order for Pure Green Coffee Beans on May 10th. My first order was fine and received it promptly. With my second order, my credit card, through PayPal, was charged IMMEDIATELY but I am still waiting to receive it, June 1st. I have tried repeatedly to contact your customer service department and can not get through. I have filed a grievance with PayPal and still have not heard from you. This is not acceptable. I understand the demand since this product was recently featured on Dr. Oz but not the lack of reply from your customer service department. I have other sources with which I can receive this product right away. My charge card should not have been charged until the order was shipped. I would like immediate shipment or IMMEDIATE refund.

I have never received the items ordered on May 7, 2012, the web site does not give a phone number or e-mail contact (unless you have a invoice number which unfortunately I did not. I have filed a dispute with Pay-Pal but still don't have this resolved and I was debited the 25.98 for the product

dont order, its been weeks and we havent gotten our order yet !

I don't even feel comfortable giving this company 1 star. I made a purchase from pureheath 3 weeks ago. I still have not recieved my purchase. When I was sent a confirmation email the tracking information was conviently left out. I have written two emails to the company, with no reply. I also tried calling the toll free number; I wasn't exactly surprised when my call was unanswered and the mailbox was full. This site is a fraud! Don't throw away your money!!!!!

I placed the order on 10 May and received an email confirmation with the order/tracking number. Unable to track shipping with the number. Could not reach by phone--constant busy signal or it just rang and went dead. I sent an email questioning status of shipment and got no response. The money was taken from my account yesterday, 30 May---20 days after I placed the order. I have not received the product yet. I will never order from this website again regardless of how good the product is, that is if I ever receive it. Based on the poor service so far I suspect I will have to contact my bank to get my money back because I doubt I will ever receive the product--what a sham!!!
