The purchase went very smoothly. PureHealth was kind enough to email me to let me know they were backlogged; however, no predicted date of shipment was given and I have not heard anything else from them on either product I ordered. So I can't say they are horrible; however, not rating real high as of yet. Respectfully,

I ordered the pure green coffee bean extract capsules a couple weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to come in the mail. I recieved an email letting me know that they'd be coming soon and they were backed up due to the DrOz show which why i bought them as well but I'm really getting impatient now.. hope they're worth it

It doesnt say when it is shipping, even an approximate date, and it has been a week since it was ordered. I emailed and asked about tracking info, and have not received a response from that yet, but received this email. Customer Service seems to be all about getting the money but not in the delivery of the goods or services.

Placed order rather easily, and received confirmation; payment was deducted from my account the day I placed the order, but still have not received product. I understand there is a rush on the product, but from a business standpoint for a product that was promoted on Dr. Oz, increased order volume should have been anticipated so you could have been ready for the demand. Doesn't give a first time customer the best feeling that timely processing can occur in the future.

So due to a Dr. Oz show about green coffee bean extract and PureHealth being one of the only company it seems to have it in stock, I understand they have been overwhelmed with amount of orders they received. I put my order in a week-and-a-half ago and still have no idea when it will be shipped out. They have been pretty good with correspondence regarding this issue but it is more than just a little disappointing. Another company I was going to order from had the product listed as a "pre-order" and at this rate, it may have been just as fast ordering from them. But I am giving this company a chance and hopefully they will change my mind. But there is a small little voice in the back of my head saying "I hope I didn't get ripped off/taken!"

Have not received anything yet from Pure Health regarding my order, even after receiving a letter saying “they were inundated”. A couple of common sense things apply here – first, Pure Health went through this before with Black Raspberry, so getting many responses because of Dr. Oz should be a known factor and they should be ready for such an occurrence. I believe Pure Health should ship your product and when they do, that is when they should take payment, not before. Many of the reviewers are furious because there is not enough communication and this is an “instant gratification” society and Pure Health has apparently taken the money but has not delivered which is poor. By this time, I should have received a shipping confirmation since they've staffed up to fill orders and it has been quite awhile since I placed my order.

I haven't received my order, and I can't check the order confirmantion the web site was so over whelmed I'm not sure how many I ordered I had to redo the order a couple of times

Ordered in plenty of time to receive mdse in 8-10 days. I have not rec'd mdse and I leave 5/10 to 6 weeks and wanted mdse to go with me.
