I ordered 4 bottles of the coffee extract and it never came, I even replied to the confirmation that I received and never got an answer. What did I do wrong ?

I gave you the benefit of the doubt when I realized your web site was bombarded with orders after the Dr. Oz show about green coffee beans. I patiently waited and you sent me an email confirming you received my order. Still patient I called and talked to someone who said my order would be going out the next day, that was last week. I checked on line and there is no ship date to my order. Your mail box is full. I did send an email and perhaps you will still respond to it. Still waiting.

I have yet to receive my "order". Has my charge card been charged for this order that I have not received? This was my first purchase with this company, and will probably be my last. I placed orders with Tao of Herbs and Puritan's Pride the day after I placed this order and received both orders last week. Does "free shipping" mean no shipping?

I have not received my order or a confirmation number. Please advise me as soon as possible.

I have absolutely no shipping information or tracking number. Honestly, it is taking forever to ship. I haven't received the product yet even though I ordered it on May 3rd and today is May 15th.

I ordered on 4/27 and today 5/15 in shipped on 5/13 a little strange to ship on a Sunday, I wish I would have got the e-mail that it had shipped. Not to happy with this order to say the least.

I was watching Dr. Oz and he talked about the great benefits of green coffee beans. I thought this sounds really great for me so I go to my computer and type in "green coffee beans". Several websites came to view but I chose the Pure Health site to get information. That was about three weeks ago. I ordered two bottles of the product and paid for them but so far have not received anything. Seems an awful long time to fill an order. I know they received the order because I got an email confirmation. What the heck is the problem? I have several health food stores in my area I could have gone to but wanted to be sure of freshness and natural beans. I feel like I have been duped. I want my green beans.
