Finally!!!
After countless phone calls and ignored emails, I finally received my order today!!! Exactly 25 days after I ordered it! I'm just happy I got it & didn't get got... Lol

Stay away from this company!
I ordered 5 bottles of their supplements and NEVER received anything!! I have tried NUMEROUS times to call their phone number and have NEVER been able to get through to a person or even a recording! They took my money but I received no product to this day... It's been well OVER 3 weeks. When I received the order confirmation there was no tracking number even though there was reference to one. That should have been my first clue. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

SCAM
This company is horrible! I ordered the green coffee extract and got a confirmation and money was taken out of my account but its been a month and still no shipment! I did get an email once stating they were overloaded with orders and it would be a little longer but I have tried contacting them via phone and email to check the status. The phone just rings forever and no reply from email. I am so mad! I am calling my bank and reporting fraud!

Horrible
I placed an order 6 May and still waiting for my product. This is the worst customer service ever. I have emailed and called and I'm getting no where with your company. I'm sorry my friend refer me to your webset. I will continue to use GNC, they are responsible and do care about customer service. I will not refer any of my friends and family to you as I do not want them to have a bad experience like me. You don't even deserve the one star rating.

Worst Experience Ever!
I ordered items off of this website almost a month ago. I still have not received the product I ordered. I have sent emails and tried calling everyday to no avail. This company does not care about it's customers and will probably rip you off like they did me!

Terrible, I mean no, Customer Service
We placed this order and heard nothing from this company, other than the order confirmation. We asked several times about the status of the order, nothing. Then we receive this survey, still no information on the shiupping of the product, now almost a month later. Once I receive this order, You will never hear from us, or anyone we are asked about you.
