I'll keep this simple. I placed an order on May 10th. After not getting my order or hearing from you I sent an email on May 28th. I get no response so I resend email on May 30th. You send an email saying my order was processed over the weekend ?!?!. Repeat order on May 10th and processed on May 26th. Completely unacceptable and will tell all that I can to never order from you.

Ordered on may 10 and no word of my package. Customer service number does not even work. If they knew they could not meet demands a warning should have been in their site.

You take the order and the money same day and a month later I still don't have the product. Your customer service number rings a very strange ring like it is not in service and no one ever answers. You go on line to your account and all I got was an invoice number not a confirmation number and so I pull up my account info and my order doesn't even show on my account. I hope Dr. Oz publically apologizes to people for your company ripping people off and never endorses your company again. If you are overwhelmed with business, not communicating at all with your customers is definetely not the way to build a lasting business. Shame on you!

Words of advice. At 1.9 out of 10 you shouldn't say your customers love you on your website. If you cant handle more than X number of orders you shouldnt take them, but rather give the option of sending an alert to potential customers when you will be able to send out. If you say you give tracking numbers make sure you give tracking numbers. If a customer calls and asks for an update dont lie and say "its going out today" everytime they call, because when they find out it went out 3 days after you claimed it would, you create more negative feelings. When you mess have frustrated customers "I'm sorry" is not going to make them a repeat customer. It costs more to attain new clients that it does to retain current ones. You have alot of angry current customers who likely will not come back. Anticipate high cost to get new ones and to dig yourself out of this hole of negative perceptions. It looks like we don't have your tracking number in our system is an unacceptable response. Its better not to be greedy and accept all orders in order to foster positive relationships with a smaller group of customers than it is to try to accept a huge number of orders and risk failing to create a connection with your customers. I have more, but don't want to ramble if this may fall on deaf ears.
