I have not received my order yet. If your product works, I will be hesitant to reorder, not knowing when or if I would receive it. I am very anxious to use this to help me lose weight along with changing my eating habits & doing water aerobics. Every time I call your customer service number it is busy. Hopefully you will respond to this & my order will arrive soon.

I can't review this, because I never recieved my order.

Very unhappy about the long lead times. Would like update on when I can expect the product and if I like it, am I going to have to wait for every order? If so, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I made my purchase 2 weeks ago and have not received the product. I have also not received any updates advising me when I can expect to receive it. I'm sure they are back logged with orders after the Dr. Oz show, but this is totally unprofessional. They made sure they took my money right away, no delay there.

I order it on April 28 and now its May 15, i trying calling and email them asking for the status no luck i hope it comes soon i never though it would take so long

I placed an order on 4-30-12 and it is now 5-15-12 and I still have not received my order. I tried looking it up on their website but there is not a tracking number. I was skeptical regarding this seller because of previous reviews regarding shipping but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway. I spent $58.46 which has already been paid. Some communication would be nice regarding shipping if there is going to be a delay. Now I have to take time out of my day to call this company to try and find out what happened to my order.

I understand that Dr. Oz has made your products very desirable. I have received ONE email with a generic apology. However, I am looking at 3 weeks or more AT LEAST since my purchase and have not received updates. Will I buy again from this company? Not sure, we'll see.
