I am very disappointed in this company. The product has never been received and I haven't even received any information on when or if the order will ship. Do not order from this company.

How can I give an opinion when I can't get a hold of anyone?

I would not order again. It is extremely inconvenient to wait to start a new product I am excited about. 4 week turnover time is completely unacceptable for an online health product company.

I ordered the product May 10th and was very excited to begin using. The ordering process was very easy and the free shipping was great. As of 5/31/12 I have not received the product. I have contacted the Customer Service number numerous times and no one ever answers, the phone just keeps ringing. I sent 2 e-mails and have received no response. No product and no customer service at this point. Very dissatisfied so I would appreciate someone contacting me. I ordered from Pure Health on April 15th, the web site says order processed April 28th. Says product was shipped on May 15th, it is now May 31st and still no product. I have emailed and called with no response. Will be having to contact credit card company to put in a claim for product not delivered. No tracking number available.

Unbelievable BUT....not in a good way! I placed my order on 4/26/12. I finally received an email on 5/17/12 stating my order had been shipped on 5/12/12. To date(5/31/12) I have still not received my order. I have sent emails daily, requesting tracking numbers and the name of the shipping company used - and have not received any response. I have attempted to call the 1-888 number and no answer! Their excuse in email dated 5/17/12 was they were overwhelmed when their "Green Coffee Bean Extract" supplement was mentioned on the Dr. Oz show. NOT MY PROBLEM! They should have never charged my charge card until the product was actually shipped. My card was charged on 4/26/12. POOR POOR business practices! Won't do business with them ever again!

No communication, no product. Trying to get my money back.
