Hi Juan, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I just checked on it and according to your USPS tracking number (LN337355985US) the package is still enroute to you. I am very sorry for the confusion and delay getting this item to you.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this. Hi Barbara, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. I was very sorry to read about the issue with your package getting delivered to the incorrect address. I can understand being frustrated by that, and on top of the delay we were experienceing due to the volume of orders we received after the Dr. Oz program about the Green Coffee Bean with Svetol! So if you can find the product somewhere else, you have to do the best thing for yourself. But I would be careful to make sure that it contains the required Svetol. I was sorry to read your review that you are not happy with the results on the 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. For some people it can also just take a little while to get started. We always say you should not expect anything for two weeks, and in some cases even longer, sometimes even longer than 3 weeks. Your package arrived at your local post office on the 8th and then they proceeded to send it to North Carolina. I honestly don't know why they would do this.
