I can not comment on the product simply because I haven't received it yet. It would be nice to have the product shipped to be able to track from the website instead of waiting on an email. Cant wait to try it.

I really can't rate the service yet as I have not received the product. I have rated it 3 stars for this reson, the product I want is popular so it may take a little longer to get it.

I order this product 10 days ago, and still have not recieved my order. I understand that they are struggling to fill orders. But again they should send another email informing us as to when it will arrive.

I hope the product is as good as Dr Oz is suggesting

Well it's hard to write a full review when I havent received the product yet (green coffee bean extract)...I am glad that the company has sent out emails explaining why the shipping is taking so long, which I do understand, just really want to get things started, hopefully once I get the product I can write a better review

At least they sent me an email saying that the order would be delayed due to an increase in order volume. I ordered a product on 04/30/12 and it still hasn't shipped as of 05/07/12. I appreciate a company that takes the time to communicate.

i have not received my order, nor do i see where it has been charged to my card yet.
