I placed my order a few weeks ago and tried to call the customer service number on the website and it said the mail box was full, I also sent an email a few weeks ago and never heard back from that. I actually was getting nervous that is was a scam because I couldn't get in touch with anyone. So needless to say I was not happy. But I haven't even recieved my order yet.

I have ordered from this companies website and still have not received my product! They won't answer their phone or the emails I've sent. I'm starting to think I got scammed!

I tried to contact them by phone and email and I never did get an answer. It took over 3 weeks to get my purchase! Never again will I order from them!

I placed an order with this company on May 10, 2012. Two weeks later I checked on the order status and my order had not yet shipped. I sent an email to the company with my concerns and to date have had no response. I checked the status again a few days later and there was no record of my order. The only good thing is that they did not, so far, charge my credit card.

I submitted my order on 5/10/12 and I have never received the items I ordered.

I never received my items , I tried E-mailing and got no response the phone number listed just rings one long continuous ring and no one answers. So as my last resort I have filed a claim with PAYPAL to get my money back. They were sure quick to charge my credit card, if only they were so quick to respond to there customers. I wish I would have read the reviews 1st. Looks like no one gets there items

The company got payment for an order on May 10. AS of May 31, I still have not received the product and the company does not answer its phone or respond to emails.

Very unacceptable customer service, PureHealth does not respond to emails and the phone rings and says VM is full and just keeps looping. Ordered product never received, filed complaint with FTC, BBB and Rip Off Report. Filed dispute and claim with PayPal.
