I have not received my order yet and the money was taken out of my account 2 weeks ago. I received one email that they were back logged, but have not received anything since.

I am very unhappy with the customer service of this company. I have not received an e-mail nor a phone call regarding the order I placed on May 3rd. I do not know if it has even been sent out as of yet and when I call I hear the voice mail box is full. I do not know if I will purchase from this company again and I may even cancel my order if I do not hear back from them soon. For goodness sakes, I sell on Ebay and I know what how long it takes the USPS to move mail. Surely it does not take 13 days to get a product out the door. Very disappointed with this company. very bad communication.. Toni Baker

Called Customer service number with no access because the message mailbox was full no other correspondence. Hopeful that website was not a scam.

I have not received my order and it has been a couple of weeks now.

I still have not received my order, but I received this survey on May 8th. It is not May 16th.

I did receive a general email from the company stating they were inundated working double shifts, etc.. but it has been 13 business days since I placed order....I received the invitation to review the company, before I even received the product.

I've been waiting a while to receive my order. I decided to just cancel my order so I can buy it elsewhere but I've been unable reach anyone by phone. I understand there is a high demand but not being able to cancel my order is unacceptable.
