I ordered my product and paid on the 10th. It is now the 31st. I emailed over a week ago to check on a tracking number or shipment with NO RESPONSE. The telephone number on my reciept sent online DOES NOT WORK.

very odd and frustrating experience

I had ordered a bottle of pure green coffee bean and the item took over 3 weeks to be delivered. I attempted to contact Purehealth via phone and line was not working. Email company twiced with no response. Finally received item, still no apology or response to why it took so long.

I placed an order I believe bout 3 weeks ago, mayb longer. And I understand that there was a back-up in distrubing orders due to the Dr. Oz show, the problem I had was, 3 different times I called about my order and was told that it was mailed out the day b4. And i'm still waiting on it. I'm very excited about the review i'm hearing about GCB, but don't want to be lied to concerning my lil order. Prayerfully its really on its way this time. Thanx Leah.

It's been over a month and I still haven't received my pills!! I've sent emails to customer service an called no response from them... I will never order from them again

been 3 weeks since i was charge for the item and show being shipped still have not recieve it

I ordered pure green coffee bean extract May 9. June 1, I finally got my order! Can't believe it! I don't think I will be buying from this company again. They don't communicate at all, no e-mail saying my order shipped, they don't answer their phone, nothing from them. I thought I got scammed, but my order finally came.
