I can not give an opinion when the products I ordered have not arrived

I paid for the product, it never came, and my emails were not answered. How disappointing. Ok - I've just read the other reviews and it seems this small company is overwhelmed. Fair enough; I understand that, and I can wait a bit. I do agree with some of the other reviewers that an email stating this fact would have been nice, just so I wasn't left wondering. Even a mass email to all the company's customers would have been easy for them to do and would put a lot of people's minds at rest.

I understand that this site has been overwhelmed recently, but it would have been nice to know that my order, placed two weeks ago, still hasn't shipped. A little notice would be nice, then I wouldn't be hoping and let down every day.

I ordered from them over two weeks ago and still haven't received my order although it's posted on my credit card. I wrote them and asked them to reply with a tracking number, but they haven't responded to my e-mail. Hopefully I'll receive my order soon, then I can tell you more about my dealings with this company.

I haven't received any acknowledgement since the initial order confirmation. I'm still waiting on my order 2 weeks later...

Yipeee...I ordered on April 26 DURING the Dr. OZ show and just, finally, received my product today! It will be THREE weeks tomorrow since I ordered! I talked to them on the 7th and they said my order had shipped that day....and I would be getting a tracking number...never got the tracking on it...tried a zillion times to call again but never got thru. On the package it shows that it was not mailed until the 11th, so five days later than I was told! I live in So. Cal...it was mailed from Las Vegas, so it took 5 business days to reach me. I just wanted to let you all know that I have, infact, received my order....there is hope for the rest of you...now I hope this stuff works!

I ordered the green coffeee bean extract and have yet to receive it. I have checked the wed sight several time and my order has been received and confermed but has not shipped yet. It has been 9 days. I would like to right a better review but, right now im disappointed.

Ordered on 4/26. Received email staing purehealth was running behind but would email as soon as it shipped. Arrived 5/16 via USPS but never got an update as promised. A 3rd tier company at best. Charged credit card in April. Most companies wait until shipment tp post charges
