I realize that this company was overwhelmed with orders due to Dr.Phil, but they should have explained the orders were so delayed before accepting payment. Very dissatisfied with the company and will not order in the future, nor recommend them.

not happy... my order was made on 5/10/12 with a no show of product by 5/29, then because I didn't print my receipt out I went looking for "Pure Health" on line only to hook up with a Doc that says he has heard from several people in regards to not receiving product, his line is another "Pure Health..." and that he is calling in the FBI in regard to fraud.... well next i find the correct Pure Health, print my receipt and it says my order was sent on the 28th, Memorial Day! so I am on hold for a couple more days in hope of receiving .....

Still waiting on an order from a month ago. Very unprofessional and slow. If it wasn't for the deman of the coffee bean from the Dr. Oz show they would propably go out of business.

I wanted the Pills to help me to lose some weight for my daughters wedding. I still have not received them and the wedding is in two weeks....Guess they must take up to six to eight weeks. Daughter ordered shoes and it took six days...counting weekends. Hope when they get here....they work.

I understand that they were flooded with orders but they have HORRIBLE customer service. It took 18 days for them to ship my order. I understand that they were buys but a simple email stating an approximate date would have been nice. They say they are the only one with Pure Green Coffee Bean but Genesis today offers one too. I ordered it from iherb and received it in 2 days. I would NEVER do business with Pure Health again.

Not a good one I am afraid I have not even received the product and cannot get hold of anyone to find out where it is.

I ordered the Pure Green coffee bean extract, followed the recommended dosage, and saw absolutely no weight loss. I even cut my portion size down, and stopped eating sugar. I was excited after seeing this product on Dr. Oz. and listening to the people that used it successfully, and Dr. Oz. saying that it works. I am out 25.00 and out of patience.....

I placed an order 5/10/12. I received a notice that my credit card had been charged. After not hearing anything and not receiving the product, I sent an email to make sure that they had rec'd my order. The company never responded to the email. I waited a few days later and made several attempts to call the company. I always rec'd a busy signal or it just rang but no one ever answered. On 5/24/12 since I haven't heard anything from the company about my order I decided to call paypal to see what I should do. They informed me that a claim needed to be filed because I had given them plenty of time and plenty of opportunities to answer the telephone or an email. After paypal initiated the claim, the company has 10 days to reply. I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I have been charged for an order with no product arriving! I don't know what else to do if other than dispute it with my credit card company if no one replies to any of my concerns.
