What else is there to say? They have my money from PayPal and haven't yet shipped my order. They say that they were overwhelmed by orders after a program by Dr. Oz. They could have said they were out of stock but they didn't. I'm still waiting. I doubt if I will ever order from them again. Two weeks later, still hasn't shipped, they don't answer my emails. Well, it finally arrived 25 days after I ordered it. Never again

i placed an order on May 2, 2012, which I have still nit received. When I checked the online tracking information there was nothing listed. I called the customer service number and got a recorded message. I left my information and request on the status of the order but did not receive a response back. . I like the quality of your product but will seek other online sources for the products if service remains this poor in the future.

I need a follow up as to why this shipment has been delayed again. I have paid for the product so why can't you deliver as advertised. I am really getting disappointed with my service.

I ordered the green coffee bean extract on 4/27 and to date have not received notice or status of my order. I've sent emails and tried the phone # provided, all unanswered. Its unfortunate when a company ignores its customers as they will go elsewhere and the damage is done. At a minimum, let your customers know what to expect.

I had to notify this company twice regarding my order, it took 3 weeks to get to me. As far as the product, I only received it today, so will know more once I get started on it.

I placed my order on the 27th of April. I still have not recieved an email letting me know my order has shipped, nor any indication of how much longer it will be. I understand the recent influx of orders, however, customer service has been less than par. I am unsure if I will order from this company again.

I ordered a product on April 27, 2012 that is in high demand but when I ordered their catalog showed it was in stock. When I called about 10 days ago, I got a recording stating that orders would be processed within 3 days and they were inundated with phone calls. I haven't checked my order status online in a few days but it did not have the ship date listed the last time I checked. Perhaps they would not be getting so many calls if they entered the ship dates on their orders. I don;t know what else to say except this doesn't look good and I am not pleased.
