I was charged for my product a month ago and still have not received my order. I have called customer service and was told it was "shipped". Im still waiting.

Never order from these people. They will rip u off. They r con - artists.

I made an order on May 10 and just today, even after I made attempts to cancel the order, the item came. I tried calling- only to get a busy signal, voicemail or nothing at all. I emailed customer service and received nothing in return. I actually decided that I wasn't going to get the product ( since I emailed a cancellation of order) and ordered the product somewhere else- which came in 3 days. I will not be ordering from you again. Sorry- Jan Livingston

Sent email to verify status of order no response from Pure Health. I tried calling and busy or not available to take my call. Never ever buy from them again.

When I placed my order they didn't say it was on backorder. When I went back a 2 weeks later to see if it had been sent, their website said they were filling orders from April. I placed my in May. Then I sent an email to cancel my order since I found the product at WalMart and they never responded they ever received my email and miraculously my order shows up 5 days later. Won't order from them again, but I guess I won't have to since they sell to WalMart.

I ordered your RK AND GREEN COFFEE BEAN the end of April and just now recieved the RK. Still no Green coffee beans and your phone number doesnt work and you wont respond to my emails... Not a good way to stay in bussiness people.

No communication yet haven't recieved product 3 weeks later.
